The United States headquarters is located in Tarrytown, NY, along with the R&D Laboratory, designed to meet customer needs for new product development, analytical, scientific documentation, technical service and other wide-ranging support. A sales, marketing and service center office is also located in High Point, NC.

Four major production sites serve Ciba’s businesses in the region. Located in McIntosh, AL, Suffolk, VA, West Memphis, Arkansas, and Newport DE, these sites participate in Ciba’s global Technical Operations organization.

Ciba® Expert Services, is enhancing our reputation as a company with a truly unique product -- our extensive knowledge base -- and translating that knowledge into competitive advantages for our customers.
